This looks very fair and straight forward. It is much better way of handing the grants - they must have been "workshopped" before the decision was made in open meeting, because it was all over in a matter of minutes. This is necessary for obvious reasons. Note that the Totally Thames Mindsports event failed to get a further allocation - they received $12,500 in the earlier 'Major Event' allocation, so I am not quite sure why they appeared again.  

Anyway - well done.
